Rei-Cheng Juang is a researcher in Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) at Taiwan. After receiving his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Chung Cheng University at Taiwan in 2005, he works in ITRI and led a project to set up Taiwan’s first pilot roll-to-roll sputter for solar thermal collectors.

Rei-Cheng recently is a visiting scholar collaborating with Center for Information Technology in the Interest of Society (CITRIS) at UC Berkeley. His research focus on increasing the power density of thermoelectric generator through the combination of producing the nano-in-bulk structure to improve material performance and using a promising printing method to create micro-scale generator. We believe that this visiting plan will benefit both parties in accelerating the development of micro-TE device.
